The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use and access of this Website, as well as the supply of our products to you.

ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your order by email.  Please keep a copy of this receipt as a reference for any future queries.

We will confirm shipment details within 2 working days of confirmation of payment.

If we are unable to fill an order, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

AUSTRALIAN SALES ONLY

We only sell and ship products within Australia.  No deliveries will be made to any address outside of Australia, unless previously arranged with Zombie Lights. Confirmation of any such arrangement must be received in writing.

DELIVERY

Our deliveries are dispatched via Courier and normally take 2 to 3 business days from the time your payment is received. In some cases it may be longer. Goods will be delivered to the address indicated on your order.  The goods will require a signature on delivery.

If you live in an area that is covered by our Courier, a pick up point is available after hours, should you not be home when the products are delivered.

Although our Courier covers a vast area of Australia, if the delivery address is in a very remote region or an area not covered, we may be able to arrange pick up from a depot near you.  If we have to send via Australia Post, the pick up point and times will be as per their requirements. 

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THIS WEBSITE

We collect personal information on this website for the purpose of selling and delivering the products to you, and the provision of associated information and services. We will only use the information you provide to us for this purpose, and will not provide any of that information to a third party other than is necessary to provide the goods and services to you.

If you do not provide us with the information we request, we may not be able to provide the goods or services to you.

We will only use your information to market any of our further goods or services to you, with your consent. If you do not wish to receive any of our marketing information, you can notify us as sales@zombielights.com.au

We have provided this online Privacy Statement for your information, so that you are aware of how we collect, manage and use any information of the visitors and customers to this website.  The personal privacy of all of our users is of the highest priority to us, and we are committed to maintaining the security and privacy of all the personal information provided to us, in the use of this website.

If we make any third party websites available via hyperlink on this website, you will need to review their own Privacy Statement and Policies, to see how they collect, manage and use your personal information.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time, which will be uploaded onto the website.  Please feel free to view it at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, we own all the content of this Website and Trademarks used on the site. You are not allowed to modify, adapt, copy, store in a retrieval system, reproduce, post, upload, transmit, frame, sell or embed in another website, or distribute in any way, shape or form, any content contained in or on this website.  Exceptions would need to be approved by us in writing.

WARRANTY

A Zombie Lights driving light, is warranted for up to 2 years or 50,000 hours, whichever comes first.

If, during the warranty period, we determine that a Zombie Lights driving light, is defective, either in workmanship or materials, we will either repair or replace the unit.

Any claims made under this Warranty, will need to be returned to the place of purchase and include the following details:

Proof of Purchase

Vehicle Fitment Details

Purchaser Details including Name, Address, Contact Phone Number and Email

You must also notify us immediately of the problem. We will attempt to resolve the issue over the phone, or we may issue a Warranty Assessment notice, to arrange the return of the product for repair or replacement. Once we determine that the product is defective, you must return the product to us within 30 days, at your cost, before a repair or replacement can be issued.

This Warranty does not apply to failure or damage to a Zombie Lights driving light, caused by incorrect or faulty fitment, accidental or intentional damage, failure of other products, incorrect application, incorrect voltage, environmental damage, operation of the product outside of its environmental and technical specifications, or attempted repair or modification.

When warranty service involves the replacement of a product or a part, the replaced product or part becomes Zombie Light’s property. Only unaltered Zombie Lights products and parts are eligible for replacement. The replacement product or part is warranted for the balance of the period remaining on the original product.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. In addition, the benefits given by this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under a law in relation to the products.

Local laws may regulate the use of driving lights on motor vehicles travelling on public roads.  We recommend you check any relevant laws prior to installing your new Zombie Lights.
